CRP Paks from Green Ladder’s sister company Clean Resources are engineered to minimize maintenance and reduce the cost of dealing with wastewater from compressed air condensate. This advanced molecular filtration system removes all types of lubricants, providing a truly scientific solution to a troublesome problem.
IDC Paks offer the same guaranteed performance in a compact form for small compressed air systems.
Technology
CRP Paks and IDC Paks are filled with a proprietary alumina silicate substrate media that attracts contaminants and repels water molecules. Lubricants are chemically bonded to the media bed, virtually eliminating the possibility of ground water contamination from the spent bed.
All of our units are self contained, meaning they do not require external pumps, sensors, decompression chambers, or pre-separation filter pads. CRP Series manifolds can be easily removed from spent containers and reattached to new containers with fresh media beds. All registered units qualify for free recycling.
